TRANSPORT
Bus transport will be provided for guests to and from Eastwood Hill. Buses will depart from the Wainui Store at 2.15pm and from the Poverty Bay Club at 2.30pm. Returning buses will depart at 10.30pm and 12.15am. Please advise when you RSVP if you require transport and the pick up point from which you will board the bus.
DIRECTIONS
The wedding ceremony and reception will both be held at Eastwood Hill Arboretum, 2392 Wharekopae Rd, Gisborne. Driving from central Gisborne, take State Highway 35 sign posted to Napier. After crossing the Waipaoa River Bridge, take the third exit at the roundabout turning right onto Wharekopae Rd. Eastwood Hill is sign posted at the roundabout. Continue 23km along Wharekopae Rd until you reach Eastwood Hill Arboretum. The drive time from Gisborne is around 30 minutes. There is plenty of parking available at Eastwood Hill.
CHILDREN
We would love to have your children at the Day After lunch on Saturday 13th January. If you require assistance in arranging a babysitter for the day of the wedding, please let us know.

We invite you to attend a casual lunch at Olivia's family beach house on Wainui beach from noon onwards. This is a day at the beach so bring your swimwear and beach kit. Children very welcome!

All units are being held under the name McGregor-Marshall wedding and guests will receive a 15% discount off advertised rates.

Motel Oasis is located just outside of Gisborne and a 2 minute drive from Wainui Beach. It offers contemporary units with studios, 1 bedroom apartments and family suites available. Buses will collect and drop people back to Motel Oasis on the wedding day.
We have not been able to hold rooms at Motel Oasis so please reserve your accommodation - free cancellation until 30 days before check in.
